Participants in Independence Blue Cross, Keystone Health Plan East HMO, Personal Choice, Prudential, Amerihealth Healthy Lifestyles and HMO’s may be eligible for a discount or reimbursement. You must call your health care provider to register.

Reimbursements average around $150.00 per year based on logging in 120 visits at the club over a one year period.
