Small Group Training
Did you know that our trainers do “buddy training”? That means you and a friend can train together, share the trainer and share the cost. Many of our trainers have buddy and small group training going on everyday. Chances are that we can find a time and trainer that works for you.

Pre and Post Natal
Research has shown that with exercise improving your muscle tone, strength and endurance, woman who train regularly throughout their pregnancy are greater prepared for the physical stress that carrying a baby and labor produce. Pregnancy is a time of physical and emotional changes. The things that you do to stay healthy and take care of yourself will play an important role in how you feel. Maintaining or beginning a well-rounded fitness program during pregnancy can help prevent or reduce some of the common discomforts resulting from changes occurring in your body. We will design a program to help you exercise safely and effectively both during and after your pregnancy.

The 5K Running Plan
Many people start running, and then get turned off simply because they try to start running too fast too soon. Your body rebels, you end up hurting yourself and quitting vowing never to run again.

There are many health benefits to be gained by following a regular running regime, but you should ease yourself into a running program gradually, giving your body time to adjust. If you are looking to run your first or best 5K ever, or simply run for fun, then this is the program for you.
