We are pleased to offer you a wide variety of fitness classes each week. No pre-registration is required for our classes. If you are interested in our Group Fitness program, please consider the following:
- Always consult with your Physician before beginning any exercise program.
- Ask your fitness professional to recommend which classes will fit into your current exercise regimen.
- All of our instructors are Certified Fitness Professionals, and will help to educate you on proper exercise technique.
- Ultimately the best instructor you have is your own body. If you are not comfortable with a particular exercise, listen to your body, and modify the activity accordingly.
- We reserve the option to change a class instructor or to delete classes as needed. Any changes to the program will be posted on our website.
- Any feedback about the program, classes, equipment, or instructors must be discussed with the Group Fitness Director. Participants must bring their own body length exercise mat for all classes.
- Athletic Cross Training or Aerobics Shoes must be worn in all classes except Yoga and Pilates.
- Intermediate to Advanced class formats should not be taken by beginners or those limited by pregnancy or injury.
Class Descriptions
We offer a wide variety of group workouts for all ages and fitness levels.
Strength Training Classes:
- Body Blast: An overall muscular endurance class to strengthen and challenge all major muscle groups using body resistance, hand weights, resistance bands, gliders and stability balls.
- Power Pump: Head to toe sculpting using Resistance Bands, Weights, Stability Balls, Gliding Disc and/or BOSU trainers.

SilverSneakers® MSROM: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Group Strength: Traditional, easy-to-follow strength training exercise that everyone can do including squats,lunges, presses and curls. Change exercise intensity by increasing or decreasing your weights so you can get the workout that is right for you.
Pilates and Core Training Classes:

Core Training: Strengthen and sculpt your core with exercises that target the abdominals, oblique’s and the lower back. These classes will reduce back problems and give you strong, sleek abs.

Pilates Mat: A floor workout using your own body weight to develop core strength and stability in the abdominals, hips, and lower back.

Pilates Total Body: A full body workout using Pilates principles in every exercise. This class may use resistance bands, weights, Bender Balls and BOSU trainers to add variety and challenge to your Pilates training.
Yoga and Stretch Classes:

Total Body Stretch: A 30 minute class designed to improve flexibility using standing and mat stretches. Good for people with wrist, shoulder, knee, back or hip issues. Flex bands and stability balls may be used to enhance some of the stretches.

Yoga: This class uses traditional yoga principles and postures to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, balance and strength. You will leave feeling a better sense of well being.
Cardio-Vascular Classes:

Cardio Kickboxing: This class combines kickboxing and aerobic combinations set to music. This workout is designed to elevate your heart rate giving you a great cardio workout.

Total Body Conditioning: This is a full body interval work out that incorporates 2-3 minutes of cardio conditioning exercise followed by 3-5 minutes of resistance exercises.
- BOOTCAMP: A physically intense but easy-to-follow class which consists of athletic drills for 30 minutes followed by 10-15 minutes of core training and stretching.

BOSU Cardio: A high-intensity cardio workout using the BOSU balance trainer. This workout is not recommended for individuals who have not been working out for at least 6 months consistently, who are pregnant, or who are currently rehabilitating injuries.

Kickbox Bootcamp: A non-stop workout for maximum fatburning! Kickboxing builds lean muscle while boosting your sense of empowerment.

Cardio Cross Training: This class applies a technique that involves mixing a variety of exercises together for maximum muscle stimulation. Dance Classes:
